Best porridge going

Easy to prepare… my granddaughter made them all by herself.
They taste great!… im not a fan of brownies…i enjoyed these.

I've been using Arva flour in my Zojirushi bread machine for more than 9 years. I mainly buy the 10kg bags of 100% whole wheat flour and have perfected a recipe that gets high praise. I like that there are no additives or herbicides in the flour and the protein level is good. I add an egg, walnuts, chia seeds and yogurt to the recipe to boost the goodness even further and use gluten flour to choose the amount of rise desired (usually 1 tbsp). We save and freeze the crusts to use later at the bottom of a bowl of soup.

I love all the products I recently purchased. I've always loved baking since I was a child and I previously was a bread baker and other baked goods with quality flours like you get from Arva Flour Mill. It's grown and milled locally in Ontario which is even better. I will definitely be a returning customer. I only wish I found this place earlier in my life.

As owners/operators of a small farm in Eastern Ontario named SunnyFarm, we produce farm raised meat and are thrilled to support a flour mill in Ontario that focuses on heritage grains grown on local crops. I am relatively new to bread making and slowly coming up to speed on the art and science of sourdough bread making. Happy to report that while there is a learning curve to working with heritage flours, there is plenty of good information on social media and the overall results often far exceed anything available at a supermarket. My Mom who suffers from gluten sensitivities has sampled the bread and goodies made from daisy flour, einkorn and white red fife. And the good news is that she has no issues digesting these bakings and is thoroughly enjoying the taste, texture and health benefits of these heritage blends.

Prompt delivery! I grew up in the 1940's with Red River cereal and am pleased that it is again available.

as a kid growing up Red River Cereal was a go to breakfast as we went out the door to go to school; Suzanne & I would talk about how good the cereal was and it was too bad it was no longer available ... in CANADA; then one day we were both elated to find it was coming back; we have ordered the 5 bag/pack several times as we enjoy this cereal very much; I mentioned it to a neighbor and sent him details on how to get it; we believe it is even back in some grocery stores too; we highly recommend Red River cereal; GOD Bless, Randy & Suzanne

I do a LOT of baking and I love the flour from this mill! I also give them kudos for their service! I recently received an order from them with a damaged bag of flour (broke open in transit)..they quickly sent me a replacement. Much appreciated!
