    Introducing Red River Cream of Whole Wheat Cereal!

    This hot cereal is made on-site at the Mill during the milling process.  At the first and second “break” small midlings (or farina) are extracted rather than ground into flour.  Bran particles are left in Cream of Whole Wheat to make it a delicious breakfast option that is both high in fibre and flavour!

    Just 100% Hard Red Winter Wheat that is sourced from farms within a few KM of the Mill.   Fresh, local and Farm to Table!

    Cream of wheat

    I am in love with this cereal. I ate this as a kid growing up in the 50’s and still love it today. Best thing since sliced bread.

    We are so glad that ARVA Flour Mill brought The Original Red River Cereal back to Canada. It and The Cream of Whole Wheat is our go to cereals during the winter months. Ordering on line is a great feature too.
