Ingredients
- 2 cups cream or butter milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups Einkorn Flour
- 1/4 cup melted butter

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt
Directions
- In a medium bowl whisk together all liquid ingredients.
- In separate bowl mix together all dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients to liquid and whisk well. Batter will be slightly thicker than regular pancakes — that’s normal for Einkorn
Cook on medium- low heat in a greased pan.
