I am very satisfied with this product, I have tried others and there's no comparison. Arva Whole Wheat Flour is the best.

I hadn't had Red River cereal since our father made it for us when we were kids, so finding out that it is available right here in Ontario was a happy surprise. I bring it to a boil in a pot in the evening and let it sit, covered, overnight, so cooking it in the morning takes only a few minutes. Delicious with a dribble of maple syrup and a bit of milk. Thank you, Arva!

Quality makes a difference.

Made my first einkorn bread and the loaves turned out as expected with the tops only slightly rounded. But the flavour was awesome. Next project will be einkorn ginger cookies.

I use this flour to feed my sourdough. It is the BEST. The blend of other flours I use in the breads, sourdough or not, is Arva Einkorn and Arva Daisy Unbleached Hard. Loaves are consistent in excellent flavour and texture. Much appreciation extended to the Arva Mill for providing these nutritious and delicious flours and helping to preserve ancient grains.

A great general purpose flour. Using in breads, cookies, muffins, crumbles....anywhere I would use a general purpose flour... with consistent excellent results.

Whether sourdough or not, the inclusion of one cup of Arva's Einkorn flour per loaf of bread baked makes a beautiful loaf with a great taste and texture. Thank you!!!

Having grown up in Canada but now living in the US it is difficult to attain my all time favorite, healthy Red River cereal so when I visit my family in Edmonton I order multiple packages to take back with me. Thumbs up to Arva Flour Mill for this 5 star product.

When a parcel arrives on the doorstep in his name, my grandson is always excited. You'd expect that the excitement would be to open the package but it's soon surpasses by his excitement to bake it.
