I have gluten sensitivities so after spending 3 weeks in Italy, eating all the amazing breads and pastas with no issues at all, thought I would give sourdough a try with some flour that has not been over processed as most North American flours are. I am eating bread again and it’s delicious.

Have made several orders. All were processed rapidly and delivered to us (in Nova Scotia) within a week. We made one order to the US, which took two weeks to get there but otherwise was smooth. The absence of tracking information was disturbing but we doubt that was your fault. BTW, our US friends loved the product, which is a good thing considering that we had to send a five-pack of Red River cereal! They have been finding diverse uses for RRC, including as a binder in a seasoned lamb meat loaf!

First time using Einkorn Flour
I’m trying to eat less processed wheat and this came recommended from a friend.
I made a loaf of bread with it. The flavour is delicious. I need a little bit of practice working with this type of flour, but I’m definitely happy with the product. Next time I will try the Einkorn wheat berries.!

Thank goodness that Red River is available from Arva. I've loved the product since I was a kids over 55 years ago. Lately I've also been enjoying the Red River Cafe Maple Banana Muffins. I've made them with both raw and cooked cereal.
