Great Canadian Hot Cereal at a GREAT price. Red River Cereal was my fav growing up. A US company purchased the rights, then stopped producing the cereal. ;-(( During my perusing of the internet, I found the Historic Arva Flour Mill AND Red River Cereal, the rest is history. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!!!!!

Can't believe my mash potatoes fooled my husband!
I recently tried the Arva Potato Flakes, and they are incredible. The ultimate test was serving them to my husband—he didn't even realize these came out of a package and thought I made them from scratch using the fresh potatoes in our cupboard! They are smooth, delicious, and a massive time-saver.

Einkorn flour and kernels
I love the quality of Arva’s flours. I buy kernels also as they keep a long time. I used to have gut issues with regular flour products but no more since using Einkorn and other Arva flours and making my own sourdough bread. My husband loves my bread also.
