I first tried Red River while on a ski trip over 4o years ago and loved it. The only way I could find it (or buy it) was to go back to Canada or find a nice friend who would bring me one from Canada (and based on the weight of a box, it was a very nice friend.
I searched online for years and finally found it with Arva Flour Mills...now I can give packages away to my friends!

Gem of a store hidden in Arva
I drove through Arva for years, and always knew about the mill, but never realized such a hidden gem was hidden away just off the main road! I discovered it when I heard about them taking on Red River Cereal. The cereal is just like I remember from when I was a kid and all my orders have been delivered in a timely fashion. On the odd time when I'm in the area and can drop by the store itself, the staff are always very helpful. Highly recommend!
