Makes the most perfect baked goods !

This is the first time I have used Fife flour to make bread, and what a lovely surprise. It is wonderful to work with, and the bread turned out beautiful with a hearty, delicious flavour.

I’m so grateful that Arva is offering this wonderful organic hard flour. I use it mainly for making sourdough bread with my homemade starter, and it is perfect, and the bread tastes amazing. I feel assured that I’m getting a fresh, wholesome product. Thank you, Arva!

I have used your spelt white flour as a substitute for regular white flour for a couple years. It is delicious and a staple in my cupboard now!

This is my go-to lunch. I mix together the cereal with dried fruits and nuts and while everyone else at work is queued up waiting for their turn at the microwave I just have to wait for their kettle to boil and my lunch is ready to eat. I have a variety of dried fruits and nuts and seeds to change up the flavour and it makes a tasty filling lunch.

I met someone in my vacation last summer and he was wearing one of your T shirts. I recognized Red River Cereal immediately and smiled from ear to ear.
My first thought was that the T shirt was awesome and also a great reminder of breakfast from the past.
Then this new acquaintance told me ARVA had purchased the rites to Red River Cereal and you could buy it again.
I ordered sometime later and received the package in no time at all. I was able to give one bag of cereal to each sibling and one to my mom as well as keep one for myself. It's great! Thanks.

I've been eating Red River cereal since my dad fed it to me when I was a little girl. He put a tablespoon of brown sugar on it and I was sold. I no longer want the brown sugar but I am delighted to eat such healthy cereal that is Canadian made each morning. It is a great way to start my day.

I haven't used this. It would be helpful if a recipe was included.
