This flour has changed my life, I was lost before Arva. I have never felt safer digesting Arva flour, over any store product that I've ever bought on store shelves. Thank you for deciding to run a business that offers a clean, safe and whole food product to people who need it, I just wish I learned all of this information sooner. When you are raised in the city, your parents or friends aren't teaching you about how to buy healthier flour or produce but we all should start. I have recently had a diagnosis of a chronic and severe illness and had to alter my diet in so many ways with safer and better processed foods, in order to stabilize symptoms and food reactions. Thank you Arva for providing a product that is safe, SO healthy and SO delicious! I make my own bread and sourdough starter because of Arva, thank you Mark Rinker!

With the return of Red River cereal from the Arva Mills, my health food appetite has sent out a big cheer! I loved it as a kid and love it more as an adult. The delicious nutty taste and no brainer start to my day with high fibre goes great with the natural sugars as I now sweeten it either with frozen blueberries or raisins and cranberries. I hadn't had Red River cereal since our father made it for us when we were kids, so finding out that it is available right here in Ontario was a happy surprise. I bring it to a boil in a pot in the evening and let it sit, covered, overnight, so cooking it in the morning takes only a few minutes. Delicious with a dribble of maple syrup and a bit of milk. Thank you, Arva!

Love this store. I shopped here when I lived in the area and now I shop online since I moved away. Beautiful quality and always arrives in a timely fashion. The sourdough starter is amazing. Activated easily but the einkhorn flour sourdough bread recipe is not correct. Way too much flour and not enough water.
