I just got my new flour and made some sourdough and muffins! I generally have discomfort after eating “regular” flour, but the high quality organic option hasn’t bothered me a bit! Highly recommend.

I bought some Red River after always hearing about from an old friend who has taken it remote rivers in the Arctic and enjoyed it forever. I add raisins, maple syrup and black walnuts to it for a super treat.

I used the Daisy flour to make a carrot cake and it turned out great had a lot of complements

I love having it with fruit and yogurt

Very good. Maybe a bit expensive, but the size, ingredient list of just potato flakes and no chemicals makes them well worth it. I'm glad I bought enough to survive a cold war.
