This flour is an absolute pleasure to use. Keeps my sourdough starter so healthy and strong. Tastes absolutely divine. I particularly bake sourdough, I’d absolutely recommend this flour for any sourdough baking.

I have been buying Arva hard white and whole-wheat four for years to make delicious chewy whole -wheat bread. Since l use a 2 to 1 ratio of hard white to whole wheat the 3 bag variety pack works well and is shipped to me in what appears to be a custom size cardboard box, which ships better and safer . Delivery is almost always near instant and free, which adds to my pleasure.

Great product, and keeps me healthy as I have some sensitivity to processed flours.

The peanut Thai soup has a great taste and makes a nice break for traditional soups.

By far the best vital gluten flour I've ever tried! I use it for making seitan, and it results in a seitan with less of that "seitany" taste that turns some people off. And if that and a good price are not enough, it's also a Canadian product to boot!
