Hi Mark! I haven't been able to enjoy my Red River cereal yet as by the time I received it, am now on a diet for a bit where am not to be eating anything with seeds. Will be able to make some this coming weekend tho & can't wait. I grew up in Canada & always had this cereal since I was a kid, can't get it here in the U.S so am so glad I found your site!

I visited Arva mill in 2022 - I had been looking for Dark Rye flour and they had Rye and so much more. The sounds and smells of the mill brought back so many childhood memories. I have been ordering and using Arva flours ever since, for all my baking needs - breads, cookies, cakes, muffins, and other desserts. We enjoyed focaccia the other day.

Excellent product. I use it to make chapatis( indian bread). It is very filling and tastes perfect with a little ghee.

I’ve been looking for a nice sturdy kitchen apron with a bib and I found it. Lovely…..has a pocket if needed. Nice long adjustable neck strap and nice long waist tie.

Very happy that Arva took over the business as this is one of my favorite hot cereals.

Overall, ordering and delivery management were well above the norm.

I love the Red River Cereal. I mix it about half and half with steel cut or coarsely ground oats. ARVA ships very promptly, well packaged, quick shipping through Canada Post. No complaints at all.

This flour is amazing for pizzas! The taste is incredible and it cooks perfectly. I just wish they came in bigger sizes.

Use this 7 grain cereal to make bread in my bread maker. It’s delicious 😊
