It’s hard to find good products in stores these days especially when you want to buy good quality for your family.
I first found out about Arva Flower mill when my father and I were reminiscing about Red River Cereal and that Arva had bought the rights for Red River cereal. Ever since then I buy all my flour, cereal, and other products from them. My latest purchase was Canadian wheat germ. It is great to add to baked goods, cereal (oatmeal), and what ever your family likes.

Love Red River Cream of Wheat. It is much creamier in texture than the other US produced product and it tastes wonderful.

It's excellent for baking or as a breakfast cereal, and it's Canadian made. This meal is an essential pantry staple. For breakfast, I microwave cornmeal with water and then stir in a teaspoon of maple syrup and sprinkle dried cranberries. A good start to the day.
