I have enjoyed all the fife, spelt, wheat flours from Arva for several years, and now that we have used Einkorn in sourdough bread, we have found our favourite. It is a pleasure ordering from Arva for our flour!

This starter was easier than expected to get going. After 3 days the starter was bubbling and growing well and I was able to use it to make an amazing loaf. This is my very first sourdough loaf I have ever made so very happy with the results.

This is an exceptionally delicious and interesting flour. You notice it immediately upon using. I can't wait to bake bread with it. Thank you for the great service and products I can't find anywhere else.

Makes the best bread

We love Red River Cereal so much we bought in bulk and shipped it to our house on Vancouver Island. The Mill was fast to ship and very reasonable about the cost. 10/10

We have a family recipe for a brown bread. My great aunt used to have it baking all the time while patients visited her doctor-husband, Uncle Redge, in their home.
It is like a sponge to butter and honey or jams. Soaking everything up while filling you mouth with deliciousness!
It absolutely is NOT the same without this cereal. We lost it off the grocery store shelves and have found it again!
