I was SOOO happy to find I could buy Red River cereal directly from Arva Flour Mill! During the C-19 disruptions my grocery stores ran out of it....and eventually my own stock ran dry as well. What a relief to find you online! Super happy with the easy ordering process and the quick delivery times. I will be back!

I have been searching for s hood quality Rye flour. I use it to make my husband’s favorite Danish Rye bread and I also add some to my sourdough loaf!

This was my first time purchasing, & then ising this flour, although I’ve been making my own pizza dough for years - over a decade. This flour made the best dough I have ever made. I will need to follow the baking instructions more carefully, but for the rest, it was a win all around.

I purchased this item trying to fill my cart, not really understanding what it was. I probably bought enough to last the rest of my life lol. I use Arva's pizza flour, white fife flour and active dry yeast following Roberta's pizza dough recipe found online. I made three recipes of this and put 3/4 of a teaspoon of this barley malt flour to the rest of the flour as dough conditioner. I'm new to using this product, so I was trying to be careful as using too much is not good. I made my dough the usual way and I made this other batch with this barley malt flour. I proofed all the dough in the fridge overnight. There was definitely a difference. It made the dough lighter and the outside crunchy. Really took my dough to the next level.
