This an outstanding hot cereal. Just the right balance between oatmeal and the original Red River. Made with milk or almond milk in the microwave (I cook on high for 2 min, stir, then another 2 min, then add berries or other fruit), it's the perfect quick breakfast.
Started using Daisy flour in my bread and it is working out very well. All the flour is very good and all made right here in On Canada.🇨🇦
I purchased 3 bags of the steel cut oats and the order was shipped and delivered quickly. The oats are top quality and surprisingly inexpensive compared to inferior quality grocery store brands. Love them! So glad I ordered 3!
Hi I have only recently come across this Arva Flour Mill site We ordered a variety of things and so far all are amazing. So far of the gluten free items we have only tried the Applesauce raisen muffins and they are tasty moist and appetizing! I got 12 Very large muffins from that package and they are so appealing I will order them and many other things again. I'm passing on this site to my daughter whom is totally gluten intolerant and has been trying to source quality items. Thank you!

I purchased a container of the hot chocolate. I'm finding it takes a lot of spoonfuls to make a cup of hot chocolate. At $5.00 for this container of chocolate, powder, makes it pretty expensive.

This is just as I remember it from my youth. My mother would make us hot cereal to be us ready for school. We would get oatmeal, Cream of Wheat or Red River Cereal. Red River was my favourite. I am so glad I can order it because it is the start to my day that I need. It is a good as my memory said it was and I still love it. Thank you for such a great product.
I’ll be 83 in a few months, we should all take a good look at what we’re eating. Good food is the answer. Any food that has any presveratives in it is the reason for some of our problems. This is good food. Eric

Loved the muffin mix. Cranked it up a bit with additional bran. We like a sturdy muffin (not light and airy like store bought). Delicious mix, hey no sugar added.

Easy to make. Add a bit of vanilla and cinnamon to the water and top the cereal with some maple syrup. Makes a great tasting breakfast!
