The product is amazing,and I'm super impressed it comes from centuries old machinery! I just wish (and I know its not the fault of the mill) that shipping wasn't as expensive as it is. Order in bulk to save on the cost!

Finally had a chance to make these pancakes and they are wonderful. Fluffy, tender, and a perfect host for local peaches with (also local) lavender-chai spiced maple syrup and locally made sausage.

I have bought several jugs of this syrup. It's top notch and a great prize. It always arrives shipped in perfect condition.

This is my favorite cereal. As a diabetic, it does not raise my blood sugar quickly like many processed whole grain cereals. It is also wonderful in bread and muffins.

Thanks to Arva, we can still enjoy the wholesome goodness of Red River cereal. I like the recipes that Arva has posted :)

It works exactly like your regular flour, but it has a very enjoyable flavour and a better nutritional spec. I haven't found a product form Arva that I don't love.

After a couple of years without it, I was thrilled to discover I could order Red River cereal directly from Arva. A good price on a great product.

I searched high and low for a whole wheat version of cream of wheat and was so happy to find Arva Flour Mills was offering this up with Red River! I'm a huge fan.

My favourite cream of whole wheat hack to boost protein? Use less liquid to cook, and then over low heat, whisk in egg whites! For a single serving I do 1/4 cup of cream of whole wheat, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of egg whites. Yah, no kidding! The result is a ridiculously fluffy, high protein breakfast or snack!

Happy I found Red River cereal again, it was my favourite hot breakfast growing up. Also a favourite on my long canoe trips, so happy!

I made my blueberry date scones with this pastry flour and they turned out so tender and delicious.

I like to have bread at dinner sometimes and often forget to pick some up. The mixes are super easy and taste great.

This cereal is excellent. After cooking it… I add fruit and yogurt. Delicious

I guess I did some sort of niche flour dive related to the famous red river cereal and got carried away. ended up placing a big (for a home baker) order but could not be more pleased, these flours are an absolute joy to work with and everything has tasted delicious. a coincidence? I think not.

I'm very happy with how quickly this shipped and arrived. The flavour is nostalgic and a great way to start the morning with the proper nutrients! Love the selection. I will be substituting Red River for my usual morning breakfast in order to support a great Canadian business.

I am fairly new to making my own sourdough breads. If I am going to do this I am going to make sure I am using the best flour for my dough. This is by far the best flour I have ever used so far. I will continue to use this flour for my baking.

The oatmeal cookies are a favorite of my granddaughters. Especially warm out of the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle.

This is amazing for any plant based peeps. I love the fact it's Canadian and it comes as big flakes instead of store bought where it's ground to bits. Tastes the same, or better than store. Do tend to use a tad more when cooking based on it being big flakes. And, it's not a bad thing. I hope arva can possible offer a larger container in future.

I love this flour! I bake a lot and use it in every recipe without difficulty. I heard as saying once, "improve your flour and it will improve your life." I think this flour hits all of that.

I found the pancakes much drier then bobs red mill gluten free mix.

Love these multi-packs of Red River - yes, I am addicted to this delicious cereal! I cook it on low for about 30 mins, then top my bowl with some yogurt or kefir, chopped or stewed fruit, and some nuts and raisins. Yum

This is my dads favourite cereal and he was crushed to not be able to find it in the stores around him when he moved, so he was thrilled when I surprised him by ordering it on line.
