Great value. I send this out to my brother in BC for Christmas. We always enjoyed Red River Cereal growing up and it is even better now that Arva is the distributor.
I visit the store a couple of times a year to see what is new and purchase goods for my own use.
I used to eat Cream of Wheat as a kid and now that I have two little ones I was looking for an all natural and premium product for them without all the additives and chemicals. This Cream of Wheat really met my expectations and is a great product.

This is such a wonderful oatmeal--nutty in flavour, gluten free, and it's made right here in Ontario! I'm so happy to have found this product. I've even ground it to make my own oat flour.
I am a bit late to the sourdough party...but this is my go-to flour of choice when making my loaves. It makes a perfect bread every time.
This is a perfect sub for regular wheat in any application-sourdough or any other baking. One of my family members is not celiac, but does not do well with regular flour so whenever they are visiting, I use this spelt flour and it is wonderful.
I have been purchasing Arva Flour - rye, pastry flour, white and spelt - for some time now to use in my baked goods, including sourdough bread. Great quality flour and great customer service. Highly recommended.

Bought several flours/grains/cereals over the past 6 months or so. The products are quality and the prices good even with the shipping. Was most excited to buy a childhood memory of mine in Red River cereal! The Emmer flour was great in pasta making, even for a newly retired beginner. Really like supporting this small historic Canadian company! Will definitely continue buying from ARVA!
