Great to be enjoying Red River cereal again once I found it available at Arva Mill. It's as good as I remembered. My son agrees. I appreciated the expedient shipping, just in time for Christmas.

Just what we needed, a nutritious alternative to the usual commercial cream of wheat. Arva's 100% hard red winter wheat is delicious. You can really taste the difference.

I was given a bag of your hard flour as a gift. I had never used it before nor had I ever heard of it. I used it to make pizza dough as was so impressed that I ordered more. Delivery was very quick and I continue to be impressed

I inquired prior to the purchase as to whether this cornmeal was medium grind. I was told that it was. However, it is finely ground. Finally, I am not fond of the flavour. Cornmeal from different sources vary widely in taste depending on the cornmeal used. I combined the cornmeal with the Arva pastry flour. The crumbs came ot nicely though and cut neatly into squares.
I was excited when I received the raisins. When I opened the package, many of the raisins at the top of the bag were bunched together in one clump. This made it difficult to get the individual raisins needed to place into my buttertarts. I realized that Thompson raisins sometimes clump together, but this caused difficulty with my tarts. The flavour of the raisins was good.
Have been using these oats for a number of years. Love the texture and heath benefits. A#1 Canadian product.

Trying this flour for the first time and I love this flour.
The first project was Jam Jam’s. The dough was soft and delicate but easily handled. The cookies after baking were. Perfect and delicious.

I make sourdough weekly so I go through a lot of flour. I was learning about the milling processes for regular store bought flour and was pleased to see that Arva mills, does it the old school way. I will be ordering again soon.
