Arva Red River Cereal is much better than other multi grain cereals I have tried. I am very pleased to have found such an efficient online service to get it.
I use it for making Rye Sourdough Bread (4/5 Light Rye and 1/5 Dark Rye mixture). The bread turns out amazing! Arva's Rye flours are the best I found so far!

I just got my new flour and made some sourdough and muffins! I generally have discomfort after eating “regular” flour, but the high quality organic option hasn’t bothered me a bit! Highly recommend.
I bought some Red River after always hearing about from an old friend who has taken it remote rivers in the Arctic and enjoyed it forever. I add raisins, maple syrup and black walnuts to it for a super treat.
I used the Daisy flour to make a carrot cake and it turned out great had a lot of complements
