Hooked!

A friend gave me an old recipe for sandwich bread made with white flour and Red River Cereal. I wanted a white flour w/o glyphosate and milled in Ontario. I discovered ARVA and their Daisy Flour, then discovered they also milled Red River Cereal. I made 2 loaves of bread this week that turned out 'perfectly'. Daisy Flour produced a nice crumb, GREAT taste and was easy to work with. The only problem now is, I'm hooked! I'm going to have to have buy a much larger package of Daisy.

I visited Arva mill in 2022 - I had been looking for Dark Rye flour and they had Rye and so much more. The sounds and smells of the mill brought back so many childhood memories. I have been ordering and using Arva flours ever since, for all my baking needs - breads, cookies, cakes, muffins, and other desserts. We enjoyed focaccia the other day.

Best flour I have used! Great service quick and very helpful with problems, had a problem with Canada Post and they did everything they could to straighten it out. Will definitely keep ordering from them

Great flour

Ever since I stopped using the grocery store brands and started using Arva flour I have had no stomach issues. I love to bake and the baking tastes much better with this real back to the basics flour like my grandma used to use. Thanks for continuing to provide the healthy products our bodies were intended to digest.
