Arva Flour Mills produces some of the highest quality flour found anywhere in Canada.  It’s a combination of our antique Goldie & McCullough cold roller mills that replaced the stone ground grist mills in 1901, the skill of our expert Millers, quality of our grain inputs, and absence of additives, bleaches and enhancers.

We are celebrating the recent arrival of Organic Emmer and Einkorn Flour with the creation of a 3 pack to enable some savings for baking enthusiasts to experiment with different flours.  Choose any 3 of the following Specialty Flours and let us know your preferences in the “Notes to Seller Section” as you complete your order. ** Please ensure to click Update Cart to save your preferences.

Fun new ways with bread

Great package deal! I wanted to try some new flours for my bread and this was a great option. These flours are definitely a bit more of a challenge to work with than conventional flours, but they are super flavourful and are expanding my bread repertoire accordingly

Heirloom Flour

I wanted to try to make bread with the flour my grandparents occassionally talked about.
Wow...great stuff...all 3 bread flours produced great bread with very different flavour profiles. I was not disappointed.

Quality products. Have already enjoyed a couple of bakes with the Red Fife using your recipe.

3 pack

I did not receive what I had requested when ordered as the Einkorn was out of stock. I was given the Emmer and White Red Fife in its place. I was nervous to use the Emmer as I am not a fan of whole wheat, dense flours. The reason for the 4 stars is because I emailed the store twice and did not hear back from them. On that note I gave up and decided to try the Emmer. My first two batches went to the garbage, but I had also tried different sugar in the recipe, opting for honey or cane. The third batch I did the original recipe with just the flour change. Turned out just like normal with a delicious flour. I look forward to trying the Spelt I had ordered as well.
