    I can’t believe I didn’t know about this gorgeous mill sooner! Their products and service is top notch! I ordered the pick your own three flours and some extras such as Red River cereal, maple syrup, pancake mix and the super cute boxes of corn bread and beer bread! They make excellent gifts and taste even better!

    I decided to challenge myself and make bread from scratch. My nutritional needs required high protein, low glycemic carbohydrates. The three package of flour was perfect as a starter kit for me to try. My preference is Einkorn, Emmer and Whole Fife. Best choice ever. I used the Arva Mills posted recipe for Einkorn bread and highly recommend it. The taste of the bread is nutty, has an orange hue and is deliciously filling. The recipe makes two loafs.
    I also enjoy making the Einkorn Flour shortbread recipe, I use speaker and Einkorn and add a bit more unsalted butter and the Bran muffin recipe is the “best by the dam”.
    Thank you Arva Mills for delicious, nutritious flours and baking supplies and the recipes are my favourite.
