A popular All Purpose flour, the Daisy Brand is renown locally and nationally as the best artisan flour since the mid 1800’s!   We produce a true artisan flour, using our antique Goldie & McCullough cold roller mills that transform our locally grown Hard Red wheat into Daisy Flour.  Our roller mills do not produce the same heat as commercial mills thereby preserving more nutrients and enzymes through the milling process.  Daisy Flour is all natural with no preservatives, chemicals or bleaches added.

Perfect for baking Biscuits, Bread, Cake, Cookies, Crepes, Cupcakes, Donuts, Muffins, & Scones.  Our Customers swear by our flour!

Best flour ever!

I started ordering from Arva last year. It’s the best performing flour. It’s the only flour I use now. They have such a nice variety of different flours; I wish they made a 00 pizza flour, though.

Not impressed yet

I’ve only used this for two breads so far.

I missed the fact that this is not organic flour… it requires much adaptation as it does not absorb moisture like my favourite bread flour. Hydration of 65% or more is out of the question. I anticipate somewhere around 55-58% to be a relative sweet spot.

Consistently Excellent

I am newish to sourdough bread making. Given this I have experimented with different commercial flours until I discovered Arva Mills . What a difference! Will never use another brand . So far have used the hard white and spelt , with baking , and refreshing my starter . Excellent results always . Same with the cornmeal from Arva to make polenta .
Oh , and love the recipes within the site . Thanks for them.
Delivery is fast and affordable .
Highly recommend.
