    Obsessed with this flour

    I started using Daisy Hard White a few years ago and loved what it did for my sourdough bread (and my starter), but then had to take a break and use cheaper supermarket flour for a while--it was just not the same. So glad to have another bag. My bread is better than ever before!

    Some nights I get home from work, and I dont get a warm welcome, often being told what to do and how to do it and all the things I don't want to hear.

    So what do I do?....Nothing that's being asked of me.... I walk straight over to my big batch of 10kg Arva Daisy Flour, and I stress bake. The flour is amazing, has never let me down, never asked me to be different in any way, and works exactly how I expect it to. The joy I get 4-5 hours later, ripping open a steaming bun and indulging in the beautiful flavor and texture from the Daisy flour - It's the same joy I would get with a hug and kiss from my wife when getting home. Daisy flour - great for baking, even better to fill the lonely gaps in your life.
