Jonathan I love this pastry flour. It's all natural and tastes amazing. Because of it being natural it doesn't mess with your health like other processed flours mass produced in North America. Highly recommended we love it for apple and pumpkin pie.

Biscuit I really like being able to buy flour where it has been milled. This flour works well in any recipe where you want a soft flour: biscuits (I use half pastry, half all purpose), pastry, cake.

Katharine S. I own and run a Bed and Breakfast and I make scones and muffins regularly to give to my guests . This flour makes a very nice crumb and an excellent scone.
