We produce a true artisan flour, using our antique Goldie & McCullough cold roller mills that transform our locally grown Hard Red wheat into Daisy Flour. Our roller mills do not produce the same heat as commercial mills thereby preserving more nutrients and enzymes through the milling process. Organic Daisy Hard Flour

I started using this flour when I was having some trouble getting my sourdough bread to rise. I ordered some Organic Daisy Hard Flour and used it in a mix 50% ODHF with 25%Organic Spelt from Arva Mills and 25% of Whole Grain Bread Flour I had already and I had the most delicious and perfectly risen Sourdough loaves. Fairly new to Sourdough I did experiment with flour and flour mills but Arva will remain my go to!
