Richard K. This is great stuff! A bit pricy, but I use it 25% in my favourite white bread recipe. It adds a depth of flavour and a texture I really enjoy.

Julie P. I just tested a batch of classic Bordeloue Canele made using Arva White Red Fife Flour - all I can say is WOW! The batter rested for a full 48 hours before baking and they came out with wonderfully crispy exteriors and the signature custardy rum centres. A previous batch made with regular flour yielded less delightful results. I am thrilled with the results and plan to explore even more flavours with this formula.
