    A popular Whole Wheat flour, the Daisy Brand is renown locally and nationally as the best artisan flour since the mid 1800’s!   We produce a true artisan flour, using our antique Goldie & McCullough cold roller mills that transform our locally grown Hard Red wheat into Daisy Flour.  Our roller mills do not produce the same heat as commercial mills thereby preserving more nutrients and enzymes through the milling process.  Daisy Flour is all natural with no preservatives, chemicals or bleaches added.

    Real flour with real flavour

    Good flour is a source of protein and flavour and Arva's Daisy Whole Wheat provides both in spades. It's delightful to use and with the stone milling includes a small amount of grit, which for me is a wonderful reminder of how this product is close to the field it where it was grown. I use this product to make bannock, mixing in Arva's spelt flour as well. Warm from the oven with serviceberry jam, it's a wonderful way to start the day.

    I was very pleased with my decision to try Arva Flour Mills whole wheat flour. The quality, and freshness far surpassed any other whole wheat flour that I have purchased in the past. Only wish that I had known about it before, because my breads and other baked products would have been so much tastier! I will definitely be ordering more grain products from Arva in the future.
