Best flour ever!

I recently placed an order for some Red River cereal and Cream of Wheat and I thought I would give your Organic Spelt flour a try. I have to say it took my sourdough bread making to the next level!! Not only did it actually make my sourdough process easier and more enjoyable, but the flavour was off the charts. The texture of my loaf was incredible, super crumb, excellent chew to the crust and the flavour is nutty and nuanced. Excellent product!

Nice flour

I’ve made a few loaves of sourdough using this flour as part of the ingredients. Not sure of the flavour profile yet but it’s nice flour and worked well in my recipes.

BEST light/white Spelt flour

I’m so happy to have come across Arva Flour Mills. The white spelt flour is truly a white/light flour. Similar to an all purpose or cake flour. It is amazing for cakes, bread, muffins. I substitute this for regular flour for my baking. My wheat intolerant family members are thrilled. Order arrived quickly. Very please.
