Quality products. Have already enjoyed a couple of bakes with the Red Fife using your recipe.

I did not receive what I had requested when ordered as the Einkorn was out of stock. I was given the Emmer and White Red Fife in its place. I was nervous to use the Emmer as I am not a fan of whole wheat, dense flours. The reason for the 4 stars is because I emailed the store twice and did not hear back from them. On that note I gave up and decided to try the Emmer. My first two batches went to the garbage, but I had also tried different sugar in the recipe, opting for honey or cane. The third batch I did the original recipe with just the flour change. Turned out just like normal with a delicious flour. I look forward to trying the Spelt I had ordered as well.

From the quick delivery, amazingly well packaged order to the lovely quality of the product, I am truly impressed!! I can't wait for my next order so I can add a few different varieties to try. Keep up the stellar job providing such high quality products.

Love that there was an option for 3 different heirloom flours. These all worked well in my recipes. We love knowing we have quality flours from a small Canadian mill that carry nonGMO varieties that we can trust. Highly recommend.

It's nice to have it delivered right to your door. I have yet to try the Emmer flour. Enjoyed baking with the Einkorn & Spelt flour just wish the bags were bigger.
