New! Organic Daisy Hard Unbleached flour

I started ordering with Arva for Red River Cereal. Then I noticed the flours available. I have purchased a handful of different ones since and so far, they all exceed expectations.

Beautiful organic flours… Good for you and good for the Earth! The texture of these flowers is like no other in sourdough baking… Feels like clouds under the fingers! I like to blend in some Emmer with the daisy hard flour… Gives a beautiful golden color… And a nice toothsome texture! I also love the spelt flours for sourdough! For cookies and baking, I like einkorn flower… It has such a nice light crumb! You can't go wrong with any of these flours! Bon appétit

I just got my new flour and made some sourdough and muffins! I generally have discomfort after eating “regular” flour, but the high quality organic option hasn’t bothered me a bit! Highly recommend.

I have made over 20 sourdough loaves with this flour and the whole family absolutely loves it. For those of us looking for “real food” it is wonderful to have the option of non gmo organic ingredients. Always ships out fast and I hope to be able to continue to use this product for many years to come.
