Steve I love your oat flakes. They are a large part of my breakfast and are keeping my cholesterol in check. I only wish you would use heavier plastic bags when shipping as they occasionally break due to them being very thin.

GH Perfect for baking, making granola, can even substitute them for nuts. Melt butter add some brown sugar then the rolled oats, brown then slightly, add almond extract and use then in yeast baking as a nut substitute .

Rebecca M. Great hot breakfast porridge (or comfort food meal) served with cream and a touch of brown sugar. The large oats baked, behaved beautifully when mixed or sprinkled on top of loaf as a grain topping.
