    Introducing Red River Cream of Whole Wheat Cereal!

    This hot cereal is made on-site at the Mill during the milling process.  At the first and second “break” small midlings (or farina) are extracted rather than ground into flour.  Bran particles are left in Cream of Whole Wheat to make it a delicious breakfast option that is both high in fibre and flavour!

    Just 100% Hard Red Winter Wheat that is sourced from Farms within a few KM of the Mill.   Fresh, local and Farm to Table!

    My family loves Red River. Hot and delicious and wonderful on a cold Canadian winter morning. I love that it is made of whole wheat so it has lots of fibre.

    I've been eating cream of wheat almost every morning for several years. I was buying the American version and with the changes in situation I decided to try this one. It's texture and taste are lovely. I make it with almond milk for extra fiber and it mixed perfectly smooth. The company has been wonderful. Quick and kind.

    Cream of Wheat

    I love the Arvo cream of wheat - it’s very bouncy and satisfying! Depending on your toppings, it could even be served as a healthy dessert - It’s delicious with blueberries and chopped nuts. Arvo is a great company with friendly customer service. I’m looking forward to being able to buy their products closer to home so I hope more Canadians will try them and they will be more available locally. We have a real treasure here!
