     Arva Flour Mills - Hot Cereal Cooking Instructions

    ½ cup Arva 8 Grain
    1½ cup Water
    ¼ Tsp Salt
    Stovetop:  Bring water and salt to a boil. Add Arva 8 Grain, reduce heat to medium low, and cook for
    8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand a few minutes.
    Microwave: In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup Arva 8 Grain, pinch of salt and 3/4 cup water.
    Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let stand for 2 minutes.
