I've been using Arva flour in my Zojirushi bread machine for more than 9 years. I mainly buy the 10kg bags of 100% whole wheat flour and have perfected a recipe that gets high praise. I like that there are no additives or herbicides in the flour and the protein level is good. I add an egg, walnuts, chia seeds and yogurt to the recipe to boost the goodness even further and use gluten flour to choose the amount of rise desired (usually 1 tbsp). We save and freeze the crusts to use later at the bottom of a bowl of soup.
