I decided to give Avra a try, and I'm pleased I did. I decided to order the Spelt flour. Good choice! I've used it for making bread, including sourdough, I've used it to feed by sourdough starter, for cookies, and even pancakes. It's very good, but it does require a bit of an adjustment from traditional wheat flour, but I'd try it again. Sorry no pictures - everything got eaten too quickly!
I followed a new recipe for Rye Bread which called for Whole Spelt and Dark Rye Flour which I also bought from here. The flavour was outstanding!
In an attempt to improve my homemade pancakes and waffles, I thought I'd fry a 3/4 Spelt, as white flour, to 1/4 Emmer whole flour in the recipe. The result was obvious to all who tasted the NEW blueberry pancakes.
I bought this for making pasta and it makes beautiful pasta ❣️
Product is good, packaging is great.
