    BEST light/white Spelt flour

    I’m so happy to have come across Arva Flour Mills. The white spelt flour is truly a white/light flour. Similar to an all purpose or cake flour. It is amazing for cakes, bread, muffins. I substitute this for regular flour for my baking. My wheat intolerant family members are thrilled. Order arrived quickly. Very please.

    I forget for how many years I have been buying flours from Arva Mills. From the beginning, of course, not of the mill but of my own adventures into bread making. Say about five years. Always Arva flour, always great results. Makes me think I am a seasoned boulanger.
