fantastic flour

I used this flour in muffins and sourdough bread and both were fantastic. My husband doesnt usually like when I use whole wheat flour but he enjoyed this and suggested we buy it again!

I’ve made carrot/bran muffins and homemade banana pancakes so far. Both were lightweight and not heavy. Excellent flavour; I keep it in the freezer. No belly aches due to gluten. Looking fwd to trying other baking recipes. This is a new flour to us and so far I like it. Pricey but I don’t bake often like when I was raising our 4 children, so I don’t mind spending more money on a natural non preservative flour. It’s worth trying!
