We produce a true artisan flour, using our antique Goldie & McCullough cold roller mills that transform our locally grown Hard Red wheat into Daisy Flour. Our roller mills do not produce the same heat as commercial mills thereby preserving more nutrients and enzymes through the milling process. Daisy Flour is all natural with no preservatives, chemicals or bleaches added.

High quality flour makes delicious no-knead bread. We bake every second day and it always turns out beautifully. Delivery is fast and reliable.

During Renovations…

I have no oven to bake, but I do have an electric plugin hob and so I’ve been making homemade pancakes with this flour. It has beautiful texture, and I find I need less liquid than usual. I add 1-2 bananas for sweetness vs sugar and my pancakes are a hit! Once my kitchen reno is completed and I have my built in combi-oven I’ll be able to bake again and try my other favourite homemade recipes 🙂 I am looking fwd to baking again!

Organic Daisy flour

Used this flour for the first time for my sourdough bread. Was very good.
I've been using the regular Daisy flour for years so I was glad to have an organic option.
