    Introducing Red River Cream of Whole Wheat Cereal!

    This hot cereal is made on-site at the Mill during the milling process.  At the first and second “break” small midlings (or farina) are extracted rather than ground into flour.  Bran particles are left in Cream of Whole Wheat to make it a delicious breakfast option that is both high in fibre and flavour!

    Just 100% Hard Red Winter Wheat that is sourced from Farms within a few KM of the Mill.   Fresh, local and Farm to Table!

    With the increased desire to buy Canadian, I discovered that Arva mills Cream of Wheat, so I ordered some. There is a slight difference in texture from what has always been available in the stores, but the taste is great and its Canadian origin is very much desired.

    Arva Flour Mill consistently produces top notch products and fast and friendly service. I am so impressed with all of it, I plan to visit the actual mill and store some time this year. It is a timely discovery of this wonderful business as it is Canadian and local. What's not to love?
