    Introducing Red River Cream of Whole Wheat Cereal!

    This hot cereal is made on-site at the Mill during the milling process.  At the first and second “break” small midlings (or farina) are extracted rather than ground into flour.  Bran particles are left in Cream of Whole Wheat to make it a delicious breakfast option that is both high in fibre and flavour!

    Just 100% Hard Red Winter Wheat that is sourced from Farms within a few KM of the Mill.   Fresh, local and Farm to Table!

    We love cream of wheat cereal

    and live on it for our breakfasts through the winter months especially, in rotation with Red River cereal and oatmeal.It cooks in the double boiler while we're organizing for our day - perfect!
