We love red fife! I make pancakes with it (100%) and add it to the daisy unbleached for my sourdough loaves. It has a slightly nutty flavor. We tried emmer and einkorn too but prefer red fife. It is now an essential in my pantry. now.
A beautiful flour! Cinnamon rolls, bread… responds quickly to yeast, a very fine light flour, with great aroma and colour.

I have a wood burning pizza oven. I used to be one of those folks that thought "Flour is flour"but that was far, far from the truth. I have been using Arva's Red Fife white and the Neopolitan pizza flour together in my dough. Everyone notices how greatly the crust has improved. Glad I discovered Arva Flour Mills. Really nice people to deal with. Highly recommend.
