    The Red Fife provides subtle notes of anise and cinnamon.  The addition of vanilla combines to make an out of this world pancake experience. Fluffy and SO tasty!

    This is our new go-to for weekend morning breakfasts. The pancakes are reliably light, fluffy and healthy. Our family loves them served with real Canadian Maple Syrup.

    Delicious Red Fife Pancake Mix!

    I bought this pancake mix as I was out of my usual brand, and assumed it would be essentially the same. I'm happy to say I was wrong - it was much better! It's much closer to homemade in taste, and I'm very happy to have discovered this product.
