The Red Fife provides subtle notes of anise and cinnamon. The addition of vanilla combines to make an out of this world pancake experience. Fluffy and SO tasty!

Today we had Red Fife pancakes for lunch. They are the best pancakes that I have ever eaten. They were light and fluffy with a delicate crisp surface. Delicious! This will be my go to pancake mix. Forever. - SC

Amazing pancakes

Finally had a chance to make these pancakes and they are wonderful. Fluffy, tender, and a perfect host for local peaches with (also local) lavender-chai spiced maple syrup and locally made sausage.

Pancakes were very tasty. I did add some extra milk as I found the batter a bit thick. Will buy again.
