One of my friends is very careful about what she eats. When she opened up my gift, her eyes lit up! She read the ingredients and said, "I can eat this!". Very very happy friend!

Nice change
I usually buy the big bag of pancake mix from Costco and decided to try something new.
What I noticed was 'the real pancake taste' that I remember from my childhood - in the 50's - and actually enjoyed my breakfast. How about a bigger box with a competitive price. I will purchase the pancake mix again but for special occasions as it is too expensive for regular use.
