My recollection is that the original blend (I threw an outdated [COVID-related] large box from the back of the cupboard out just before I ordered from Arva, so cannot compare directly) did not contain oatmeal, and was dominated by cracked whole and hulled wheat, and contained rye. The Arvid blend (tho it cooks up well [and more quickly] and tastes good) is different, contains cornmeal and cream of wheat and is dominated by oatmeal.
