I had searched for this type of cereal for years, and could not find one I liked. I started eating this cereal in December 2024. I LOVE it! It is exactly what I have been looking for for years. And I mean probably 50 years. I have tried all kinds of oatmeals, creamed cereals, etc.... but this is the only one I LOVE! Thank you Arva Mills for keeping it natural and 100% Canadian!! I have attached a picture, my bowl will always be empty! LOL
This an outstanding hot cereal. Just the right balance between oatmeal and the original Red River. Made with milk or almond milk in the microwave (I cook on high for 2 min, stir, then another 2 min, then add berries or other fruit), it's the perfect quick breakfast.
Easy to make. Add a bit of vanilla and cinnamon to the water and top the cereal with some maple syrup. Makes a great tasting breakfast!
It is very good enjoy it and will be ordering more. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast , I’m very impressed.
The 7 grain cereal cooks too a very hearty breakfast. I serve some fruit on the side and I am good until noon. I like the new packaging, very easy to zip it closed and take camping, office etc.
