This hot cereal is made on-site at the Mill during the milling process. At the first and second “break” small midlings (or farina) are extracted rather than ground into flour. Bran particles are left in Cream of Whole Wheat to make it a delicious breakfast option that is both high in fibre and flavour!

Just 100% Hard Red Winter Wheat that is sourced from farms within a few KM of the Mill. Fresh, local and Farm to Table!

Unfortunately the first bag of the 3 I ordered has a small hole in it and leaks on to my kitchen counter. Had to transfer it to a ziplock bag.
