This hot cereal is made on-site at the Mill during the milling process. At the first and second “break” small midlings (or farina) are extracted rather than ground into flour. Bran particles are left in Cream of Whole Wheat to make it a delicious breakfast option that is both high in fibre and flavour!

Just 100% Hard Red Winter Wheat that is sourced from farms within a few KM of the Mill. Fresh, local and Farm to Table!

Regular cream of wheat can be found almost anywhere. It is very hard to find whole wheat cream of wheat. Really happy that Arva mills offer it in a larger quantity bag.

This is the tastiest cream of wheat I've ever had. It cooks up beautifully in the microwave, and makes a wonderful filling breakfast or side dish. it has kind of a nutty taste and it is very smooth and filling.
