This starter was easier than expected to get going. After 3 days the starter was bubbling and growing well and I was able to use it to make an amazing loaf. This is my very first sourdough loaf I have ever made so very happy with the results.

Sour dough starter
There seems to be an issue with our sour dough starter, not fermenting. Disappointing because we were looking forward to homemade bread.

Robust
The starter was quick to get going and is very good. I would suggest either a QR code on the package to look up instructions, or enclose printed instructions. I had to do some digging on your website before I could use it.
