Bought several flours/grains/cereals over the past 6 months or so. The products are quality and the prices good even with the shipping. Was most excited to buy a childhood memory of mine in Red River cereal! The Emmer flour was great in pasta making, even for a newly retired beginner. Really like supporting this small historic Canadian company! Will definitely continue buying from ARVA!

I love this flour! I bake a lot and use it in every recipe without difficulty. I heard as saying once, "improve your flour and it will improve your life." I think this flour hits all of that.
