REAL cracked wheat
I've been trying to get cracked wheat for months -- everyone wants to sell me bulgar claiming they're the same thing....they are NOT. I have arm and shoulder issues so make my breads with a bread machine and this did not disappoint. The cracked wheat soaks for at least two hours (I often do it overnight) in water and then makes a lovely crunchy loaf with lots of flavour. Thank you Arva for just one more hard-to-find product!

I first had Red River in a wilderness fishing camp in 1990. It is filling and tasty and you can “dress it up” in many ways with spices, fruit, sugar etc. Thanks for making it available again!
