Sad, when RR no longer available in my local grocery stores, so really happy to find it may be ordered directly!

First time in ordering this product. Taste-tested it today and found that it had more flavour than a competitor's and it was finer ground which was great as no seeds caught in my teeth. This is the only ground flax meal for me now. The packaging did not have an expiry date(just when made) so I contacted the company and was advised that it should be kept in the refrigerator and it had a shelf life of a year. The response was fast.

Making dietary changes due to a pre-Diabetes diagnosis we are trying new things of which Chickpea Flour is one. Thus far, all good! We were not sure what to expect for flavour but are very happy with the results. And the customer service is excellent.

Had Red River cereal years ago. It was great. Then like all good things..gone. Thanks to Arva mills it's back. Still has that nutty flavor. I'm not hungry after a few hours. I'll order it again and again along with other products. One of the few places one can get natural foods. Thanks Mark!!!
