A beloved old-fashioned bake, Sally Lunn Cake is rich, golden, and gently sweet.
With a tender crumb and buttery flavour, it’s perfect served warm with as-is or with ice cream.

Ingredients

1¾ Daisy Hard White Unbleached flour

3 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

½ cup softened butter

½ cup sugar

2 eggs
-
1 cup milk
-
1 cup fresh or frozen berries

Brown sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle on top
Directions
Preheat ove to 350F
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
In a separate bowl cream butter, sugar, and eggs, then stir in milk.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and fold in berries
Pour into a 8 X 8 pan lined with parchment paper and sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top
Bake for 50 minutes, cool before slicing and serving
