I wish there was some way to adequately describe the beautiful texture of the dough I made with this flour - it was wonderful, and the maple oat bread is divine. I am very much looking forward to whatever I make next with it.
It really helped that shipping was included. I must admit that when I got the bags I was nervous about how to keep them properly - that's a lot of flour and there's just the two of us - but I shared the second bag with a baking friend and so now we're both happy.
I've been spreading the word about Arva, especially since we're doing "the new NAFTA" [google it - buying Canadian] - good flour makes a *huge* difference.
I live in the Yukon and the bags of flour were delivered without shipping charges. I really appreciate that, given our distance from Ontario. The flour is excellent and makes great bread! I will be reordering from Arva!

I ordered the white and whole wheat flour and have been trying the Arva bread recipes and have to say…I’ve been baking bread for 50 years and this is the best bread ever!!
We use the hard white flour, sometimes with whole wheat added, for everything and it is perfect! Highly recommend. Delivery is always prompt as well!
