Friends who'd jumped on the gluten-free fad bandwagon (only 1% of the population is actually celiac) were amazed at trying my Einkorn bread. No reactions - no sensitivity - and WHAT a lot of flavour. One actually stopped on her way home after sandwiches here to purchase a bread machine! A wonderful product -- additive-free, preservative-free and wholesome!

I’m trying to eat less processed wheat and this came recommended from a friend.
I made a loaf of bread with it. The flavour is delicious. I need a little bit of practice working with this type of flour, but I’m definitely happy with the product. Next time I will try the Einkorn wheat berries.!
Made my first einkorn bread and the loaves turned out as expected with the tops only slightly rounded. But the flavour was awesome. Next project will be einkorn ginger cookies.
Whether sourdough or not, the inclusion of one cup of Arva's Einkorn flour per loaf of bread baked makes a beautiful loaf with a great taste and texture. Thank you!!!
