I have made the pancakes, several flavours of beer bread, and the Red River Cereal beer bread. Pancakes were light with a nice flavour. I tried making the beer breads in the loaf pan, but preferred making them in a muffin tin, and reduced the baking time to about 25 minutes. A box will make a dozen. I added a can of sparkling apple cider to the Red River Cereal bread and it gave a nice flavour. Have really enjoyed making and eating the products.
