I read about Einkorn flour and, when I saw that it was in iffer frim my supplier of Red River Cereal, I decided to give it a try. It's nutritious and delicious and I've been using it regularly.

I am happy with the oats and thankful it brings me back to my childhood when oats were so good!!!

Wonderful flour! I sue it for all cooking and baking needs and unless I have messed up (LOL!) everyting comes out as it is supposed to.
