Ever since I stopped using the grocery store brands and started using Arva flour I have had no stomach issues. I first tried Red River while on a ski trip over 4o years ago and loved it. The only way I could find it (or buy it) was to go back to Canada or find a nice friend who would bring me one from Canada (and based on the weight of a box, it was a very nice friend.
I searched online for years and finally found it with Arva Flour Mills...now I can give packages away to my friends!
