Soft and fluffy
The best I have found, quality, price point, as well as service.

C'était un vrai plaisir à déballer ☺️

I've been using spelt flour for decades as my regular flour in all recipes. My digestion likes it over regular wheat flour.
And now trying Einkorn and Emmer. I am new to Einkorn and absolutely resonating with this very ancient grain. I am finding myself craving the biscuits I made over any other snack. My body likes this stuff.

Very good breakfast

Very good and organic !

Appreciate notifications, Canada Post delivered my package safe and sound right to the door..quel surprise!

I’m really enjoying baking with the organic flours. Love the whole spelt, red fife and einkorn for sourdough bread and healthy veg loaves. Looking forward to trying the bread flour!

So easy to make. I added some Thompson raisins to the mix. Absolutely gorgeous flavour. My family raved about them.

I am so glad to know that this available again. Thank you.

Bravo and kudos to Arva Flour Mills for having the courage and imagination to resurrect Red River Cereal, a CANADIAN classic that the corporate business world had mistakenly decided had outlived its usefulness. Let us all support Arva Flour Mills, and other independent Canadian food producers. PS, Red River Cereal was my gateway to Arva's great online store. It is now my go-to place for flours.

I love the serving size of the box. It made just the right amount for four of us. Made it as waffles. Just added a little more butter.

Arva Flour Mills sent me Red River Cereal which is as crunchy and delicious as I remember it and the steel cut oats are terrific! Especially when made as overnight oats! The service and shipping was speedy and I’ll be ordering again soon.

I am 72 and find it hard to buy Red River Cereal in stores. I purchased this time from the mill. Great service and price. Thank you for your great service, I will advise a bunch of my friends of this.
