More instructions would have been helpful, like how the mix was supposed to look once the butter was all mixed in. They were sweeter than I thought they'd be, and they did spread out more than I expected.
Overall, not bad for a first try, but I wouldn't get this particular kind again because of the sweetness.
I hoped that my recent warm bowl of Cream of Wheat would bring back many happy childhood memories. Your product did not disappoint and itwas delicious.

Ordered einkorn for home milling. What I received was mostly einkorn, but there were other grains mixed in. Makes me wonder about how well they store their grain and clean their equipment. I’ll go back to my old supplier.
Sprouted organic buckwheat groats are not easy to find. I appreciate Arvada Mills varied selection.
Shipping was timely, as well.
I only wish the minimum purchase to get free shipping was lower.
Very good. Maybe a bit expensive, but the size, ingredient list of just potato flakes and no chemicals makes them well worth it. I'm glad I bought enough to survive a cold war.

Great Canadian Hot Cereal at a GREAT price. Red River Cereal was my fav growing up. A US company purchased the rights, then stopped producing the cereal. ;-(( During my perusing of the internet, I found the Historic Arva Flour Mill AND Red River Cereal, the rest is history. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!!!!!
Where I live I can not buy red river cereal. I was very happy to find you on line. I use the cereal to make sourdough and it’s a family hit!

I recently tried the Arva Potato Flakes, and they are incredible. The ultimate test was serving them to my husband—he didn't even realize these came out of a package and thought I made them from scratch using the fresh potatoes in our cupboard! They are smooth, delicious, and a massive time-saver.
I love the quality of Arva’s flours. I buy kernels also as they keep a long time. I used to have gut issues with regular flour products but no more since using Einkorn and other Arva flours and making my own sourdough bread. My husband loves my bread also.

First time trying this Scotch Oatmeal. Enjoyed it. I feel it is very similar to Steel Cut Oats but in a finer grind.

Since I began adding Arva Daisy Unbleached Hard Flour to my recipe, my artisan sourdough bread baking results have improved significantly.
I have noticed a smoother texture in the dough during the stretch and folds, and a higher oven spring in the bake. The crust is thin and crunchy, and the crumb is light and airy. As a result, this flour has become a must have staple in my pantry.
I’ve been buying the Arva Beer Bread loaf kits ever since I saw them at Fortinos in Burlington. Great flavour, quick to put together and I will always keep a few in my pantry. I still have to try the cornbread and I order online. Can’t go wrong accompaniment to dinner.
It did not taste like coffee at all. I love coffee, have a high end machine and usually prefer a dark roast. This one was an expensive mistake on my part. Buyer beware here.
