Great wholesome cereal!!

Red River cereal is a childhood memory and we loved it. I now use it as a breakfast cereal and to make a delicious grain bread. The cereal is not for everyone but I have nothing but compliments on the bread, so yummy!

I am THRILLED to be eating Red River again! I put a little, ok that is bs... I put maple syrup on top of mine and it is the best breakfast ever! Sometimes I will also put a dollop of yogurt and some banana too. I am disappointed, however, that it is not being carried by Safeway again. Hopefully the team will be able to convince them that supporting Canadian has never been so important. Thank you for bringing us our favourite breakfast back! Much love, Vancouver.

I sure missed Red River cereal, and was soooo happy to find this online. It takes great..I mix it with rolled oats, steel cut oats and red River for our breakfast…no more stomach growling in the morning! Thank you!

Friends who'd jumped on the gluten-free fad bandwagon (only 1% of the population is actually celiac) were amazed at trying my Einkorn bread. No reactions - no sensitivity - and WHAT a lot of flavour. One actually stopped on her way home after sandwiches here to purchase a bread machine! A wonderful product -- additive-free, preservative-free and wholesome!

I've been trying to get cracked wheat for months -- everyone wants to sell me bulgar claiming they're the same thing....they are NOT. I have arm and shoulder issues so make my breads with a bread machine and this did not disappoint. The cracked wheat soaks for at least two hours (I often do it overnight) in water and then makes a lovely crunchy loaf with lots of flavour. Thank you Arva for just one more hard-to-find product!

Excellent flour!

I've been baking bread for over 50 years, and this is some of the worst flour I've used. It has hardly any strength at all. I have to use 15% more flour that usual in each batch because the flour just does not absorb moisture. I can't get a windowpane no matter how much I try to strengthen the dough through autolyse/kneading/stretching and folding after resting. My experience with the Red Fife flour is the same.
