I love Red River Cereal & was glad to finally find a place to purchase it & as it turns out right from the manufacturing mill.

Never used it before. Looking forward to baking with it.

Very smooth, kneads well and produces a great loaf, on its own or in a combination with any other flour that Arva sells.

I cannot tell you how much I missed Red River cereal during those times of corporate turmoil and importing issues when the cereal was not available. So much that I paid $18 for a bag from a reseller on Amazon. To all oatmeal eaters, you don’t know what you’re missing

Bought this to mix in my yogurt the night before I eat it. Seems to be comparable to the oatmeal mix I was using before. Should last a long time. Hard to find satisfying fibre that is not hard on the gut.

Red River is our favourite breakfast cereal! It tastes great and is very healthy with lots of fibre. It is reallly quite affordable and delivery was so fast across the country. Thanks Arva Flour Mills!

This is the ONLY flour i use to make fresh italian pasta (lasagne, tagliatelle, tortellini etc.) and home made bread (which i make a lot!)
