Excellent product, very healthy and full of flavour. Ate this as a chold and now it is back!

I loved this breakfast back before I was a teenager, now 90 years old and it still tastes the same.

As owners/operators of a small farm in Eastern Ontario named SunnyFarm, we produce farm raised meat and are thrilled to support a flour mill in Ontario that focuses on heritage grains grown on local crops. I am relatively new to bread making and slowly coming up to speed on the art and science of sourdough bread making. Happy to report that while there is a learning curve to working with heritage flours, there is plenty of good information on social media and the overall results often far exceed anything available at a supermarket. My Mom who suffers from gluten sensitivities has sampled the bread and goodies made from daisy flour, einkorn and white red fife. And the good news is that she has no issues digesting these bakings and is thoroughly enjoying the taste, texture and health benefits of these heritage blends.

I started baking again, I make a poolish and using a combination of these or with spelt, have enjoyed healthy delicious bread.

Prompt delivery! I grew up in the 1940's with Red River cereal and am pleased that it is again available.

as a kid growing up Red River Cereal was a go to breakfast as we went out the door to go to school; Suzanne & I would talk about how good the cereal was and it was too bad it was no longer available ... in CANADA; then one day we were both elated to find it was coming back; we have ordered the 5 bag/pack several times as we enjoy this cereal very much; I mentioned it to a neighbor and sent him details on how to get it; we believe it is even back in some grocery stores too; we highly recommend Red River cereal; GOD Bless, Randy & Suzanne

I do a LOT of baking and I love the flour from this mill! I also give them kudos for their service! I recently received an order from them with a damaged bag of flour (broke open in transit)..they quickly sent me a replacement. Much appreciated!

I bought the mix and made these scones. I added currants but made no other changes. They were tasty but ran together on the sheet and came out the size and thickness of thin pancakes.

Love the flour … use it as all purpose flour.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Arva this time. I placed my order Dec. 18 and my bank account was debited that day. It’s now Jan 8 th and I have not received it yet!

Great to be enjoying Red River cereal again once I found it available at Arva Mill. It's as good as I remembered. My son agrees. I appreciated the expedient shipping, just in time for Christmas.
