I was very happy with my order (mostly rolled oats and cinnamon). I'm not sure I would order the Licorice All Sorts candy again though. The delivery was fast, and was happy to buy Canadian goods from a historic mill!

Was excited to find this on the supermarket shelf after hankering for Red River for many years. Picked up the 7 grain, I only knew the original. Big mistake, not a patch on the nutty goodness of the original. Now I have to find someone to give this to, truly yuk.

Fantastic product and very fast delivery. I will be ordering all my flour from Arva Mills . As bread seems to be a staple of our diet ,in one form or another, using organic, quality flour is a must and Arva Mills fills that need.
As a Canadian who ended up in Texas, I have been frantically looking for this for years, every time I visited Canada. I had finally given up when I read online that it was available again. I was so happy that I bought the sweatshirt too!

I started using Arva flours six months ago. I've baked all sorts of sourdough breads, buns, pizza dough, etc for years. Also bake cookies every week. I was curious to see if there'd be a difference in their flours from flours I purchased at a grocery store. WOW! It still amazes me how much better all my breads and cookies turn out. Taste and texture much nicer. My starters rise quicker. Also, have to say the customer service is exemplary! FAST delivery, great quality at a good price. As you can see, I am VERY pleased to have found Arva Mill's many flours and other baking needs.

Red River Mix & Match Selection 5 Pack - Original, 7 Grain, Cream of Whole Wheat - Shipping Included I grew up eating Red River and Cream of Wheat cooked cereals (and I wasn’t always happy about it…the other kids had Frosted Flakes and Froot Loops!) and I’m so thankful that my parents choose a (much) healthier option. I missed these cereals and I’m so glad that I can order them at a reasonable price.
We've always enjoyed the classic Cream of Wheat and Arva Flour Mill's WHOLE WHEAT version ticks all the boxes and more: great cream of wheat taste, same easy and fast cooking, and - made with whole grain - it is better for you too. We make ours with a few raisons, as we always have, and oat milk. It's delicious!

It was actually the Red River cereal that drew us to Arva, but we were thrilled to find they make cream of wheat. It’s our traditional Sunday morning breakfast, which we had abandoned because the stuff in the store is made *elsewhere*. Our tradition is back! Thanks Arva!
When the weather begins to cool I start a craving for a hot cereal breakfast. My favourite cold weather breakfast is Red River Cereal, with a touch of cinnamon and brown sugar - the best! Thanks to Arva Flour Mills for continuing an amazing Canadian tradition.

It is great to be able to purchase Red River cerial again. I had just disappeared from the grocery store shelves a few years ago. I came across an ad and happened to be going to London. I picked up a five boxes at the store. Same great taste and texture. I ran out and bought the five pack on line. It was shocked when it was delivered the next day. Great service and product.
