This flour makes excellent bread! I just wish it came in bigger options than 2 kilograms! I would buy a ten kilo bag in a heartbeat!
I grew up on this and I still love it! I mix it together with large oats (not the quick cook ones) and it's a tasty extra nutrient breakfast or any time you feel like it.

1/ first is an idea to get emmer
2/ it has to be from Canada (the cheapest)
3/ than you find it and are happy because it’s reasonable cheap and delivery to house

Our oldest has to avoid gluten, potato and dairy. If you've ever read labels, you know that finding GF options that do not also contain potato starch is very difficult because potato starch is such an excellent thickener. In addition, if you do find the magical unicorn of GF and potato-free, the taste and texture are often disappointing. All of the GF mixes from Arva we've tried have been fantastic. So fantastic, in fact, that the younger kids want to steal her GF options! (That never happens!) The mix and match 5 pack is perfect for us because I can stock up on several favourites at once. We've tried the muffin mix, brownie mix, pancake mix, carrot cake, cookies, and GF flour mix all with excellent results. (I add blueberries to the muffin and pancake mix and extra shredded carrots and a small drained can of crushed pineapple to the carrot cake.)
Best unbleached flour. All natural. Perfect for bread, cakes, pastries. Used to buy store flour, like Five Rose. Not comoarible !

Our 2nd order was even better than the first. Unfortunately we've run out of our Daisy Unbleached and need to order more right away or a larger size. We're never going back to store-bought flours. My first try using the flour making pizza dough worked out great no issues.
This flour is an absolute pleasure to use. Keeps my sourdough starter so healthy and strong. Tastes absolutely divine. I particularly bake sourdough, I’d absolutely recommend this flour for any sourdough baking.
I have been buying Arva hard white and whole-wheat four for years to make delicious chewy whole -wheat bread. Since l use a 2 to 1 ratio of hard white to whole wheat the 3 bag variety pack works well and is shipped to me in what appears to be a custom size cardboard box, which ships better and safer . Delivery is almost always near instant and free, which adds to my pleasure.
Great product, and keeps me healthy as I have some sensitivity to processed flours.
