I had been looking for Teff grain to make in porridge and hadn't found any until I came upon Arva Flour Mills. I've ordered so much of it since. I make it like oatmeal, add soy milk and some cacao powder to bring out Teff's delicious goodness. I also bought the flour and make wraps with it! Love that Arva carries these!
I bought these for my mom who has eaten Quaker oats for years. She absolutely loved these and said they are so different! Quick and pillowy-like breakfast goodness.

I blended the strong bread flour with Arva unbleached hard, Emmer,and Rye flours. The strong bread flour gave the loaves great air, rise and a flakey crust. amazing. Also, a great big thank you for milling wonderful blends of wheat, and Rye. The pastry flour creates lightdelucat muffins, cakes and more. I now use, exclusively your brand of flours. This flour makes excellent bread! I just wish it came in bigger options than 2 kilograms! I would buy a ten kilo bag in a heartbeat!
I grew up on this and I still love it! I mix it together with large oats (not the quick cook ones) and it's a tasty extra nutrient breakfast or any time you feel like it.
