Perfect brought me back to my childhood memories !!!

I've tried mostly all of cooked oats. To my mind, Arva Mille Scotch Oats are the best. They cook fast and taste great.

It was my pleasure to particupate in the inaugural sourdough class. It was thoughtfully coordinated to allow us to try each of the stages of a long process condensed into three hours. I learned so very much and have successfully maintained and used the provided starter to bake several times since the class. A great foundational investment!

The Hard White Unbleached Flour is great for most of my baking needs. Baking ciabatta buns and bagels regularly with this flour is well-received by my family and friends. Thank you for all your products and delivery!

This flour is amazing. The wholenesss of the grain and flavour is friggin awesome.

There seems to be an issue with our sour dough starter, not fermenting. Disappointing because we were looking forward to homemade bread.

I am happy that it was available as I wasn't able to buy in the grocery store. Excellent cereal!!

I recently started using the Organic Daisy Hard Unbleached Flour for my sourdough bread and to feed my starter. I did notice a slight difference in hydration compared to my regular white flour, so I had to adjust my recipe a tiny bit — but once I did, the results were excellent.

The dough developed beautifully, and the final loaf had great structure and flavor. I’ll definitely continue using it for my sourdough baking.

I recently met Mark at a trade show while I was looking into changing my staple flour — right time, right place! I ordered this white spelt flour as soon as I got home, and I’m so glad I did.

I used it to bake blueberry muffins, and the texture and flavor were even better than with regular white flour. It worked perfectly as a 1:1 substitute and really elevated my recipe. Definitely my new go-to flour!

This is just as I remember. Makes a nice hot breakfast and sustains me for hours. Feels great in my stomach!

Decades ago I had some Red River and decided I wanted it back in my diet. The flavor is absolutely delicious, and can be cooked to preserve some crunchiness. This is my favorite hot cereal and always will be. Thank you Arva Flour Mill for being there for me, again!

We purchased the regular and cinnamon oatcakes and very much enjoy them - with coffee, tea or by themselves. A simple and very nice product which also has protein and fibre.

A very delicious satisfying multi grain Oatmeal cereal . It is so popular that we order it for neighbors and relatives.
