We absolutely love the beer bread.
My only issue is where do you get a 12 ounce bottle of beer?
Measuring out from a can of beer can be a challenge when it’s 355 mL and recommended amount is 341 ML

Corn Bread Mix Oversalted
I loved how convenient this mix was. The bread had a lovely texture when baked. Unfortunately the salt amount was much more than needed. Corn bread definitely needs salt but by the information on the box, 1/4 cup of the mix has 23% of daily salt allowance. Our family is not afraid of using salt by any means but this mix is so oversalted we had to throw out the baked bread.

These are all nice breads and it is handy to have a variety on hand.
