Ric W. By far the best vital gluten flour I've ever tried! I use it for making seitan, and it results in a seitan with less of that "seitany" taste that turns some people off. And if that and a good price are not enough, it's also a Canadian product to boot!

Joanne B. I make seitan and decided to try this flour. It was amazing. Easy to work with and the taste is incredible. This is the only gluten flour I'll use from now on for my seitan.
