This flour is the best! I've tried the Einkorn and Emmer many times and primarily use it to make bread. The bread that it makes is amazing. Very flavourful ! I'm looking forward to trying the red fife!
I love working with true natural flours like our ancestors lived on, not the over-processed stuff that we have all been brought up on. I am slowly getting used to the strong dense textures which they provide in my home baking. I’m hooked!
Arrived in good order but haven’t used yet
Newish to sour dough & other bread baking. Consistently delicious results using Arva flours . So far I have used the hard white , the splelt and will soon try the emmer recently received .I have tried other organic flours , but always return and will remain loyal to Arva flours . The results never disappoint . Excellent customer service also . Thank you to all at Arva !
