I guess I did some sort of niche flour dive related to the famous red river cereal and got carried away. ended up placing a big (for a home baker) order but could not be more pleased, these flours are an absolute joy to work with and everything has tasted delicious. a coincidence? I think not.

I am fairly new to making my own sourdough breads. If I am going to do this I am going to make sure I am using the best flour for my dough. This is by far the best flour I have ever used so far. I will continue to use this flour for my baking.

The oatmeal cookies are a favorite of my granddaughters. Especially warm out of the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle.
