During Covid, I was thrilled to find out that Arva was carrying Red River Cereal (I couldn’t get it locally) and was shipping it across the country at a very reasonable rate. Free at times, when you order a few boxes at the time. I use Red River Cereal in a variety of ways. Arva does include recipes for their products in their newsletter. A real bonus and so handy. I have been telling my friends about the special variety of flour and cereals that Arva carries, that it is a Canadian company, that the service is exceptional!
