We produce a true artisan flour, using our antique Goldie & McCullough cold roller mills that transform our locally grown wheat.  Our roller mills do not produce the same heat as commercial mills thereby preserving more nutrients and enzymes through the milling process.  Our flours are all natural with no preservatives, chemicals or bleaches added.   All milled the old-fashioned way with our state-of-the-art 205 year old Mill!
