Great rise
I blended the strong bread flour with Arva unbleached hard, Emmer,and Rye flours. The strong bread flour gave the loaves great air, rise and a flakey crust. amazing. Also, a great big thank you for milling wonderful blends of wheat, and Rye. The pastry flour creates lightdelucat muffins, cakes and more. I now use, exclusively your brand of flours. Many thanks, and hope we will be in your area this fall and visit your mill. Many thanks to a great company.
