Bought this to mix in my yogurt the night before I eat it. Seems to be comparable to the oatmeal mix I was using before. Should last a long time. Hard to find satisfying fibre that is not hard on the gut.

I like the quality of the Arva flour and as a type 2 diabetic I did not want to give up toast with my eggs at breakfast. In researching I discovered that both Spelt and Emmer flour are lower on the glycemic index than regular flours.
