Im addicted to red river cereal…i love it?

I started ordering from Arva last year. It’s the best performing flour. It’s the only flour I use now. They have such a nice variety of different flours; I wish they made a 00 pizza flour, though.

I have loved cooked cereals all my life; oatmeal, steel cut oats, cream of wheat ……. but the Red River hot cereal is the best. I make it with fairlife filtered milk to add protein and calcium and top it with fresh berries: completely delicious and nutritious! Thank you for guaranteeing a great start yo e day!

This is great stuff! A bit pricy, but I use it 25% in my favourite white bread recipe. It adds a depth of flavour and a texture I really enjoy.

Red River 7 Grain cereal is a favourite of mine. I love the nutty mixture and wonderful taste. I have it plain or with berries, and occasionally maple syrup. It is a great start to the day and I have energy for the day!

I was very disappointed when Red River Cereal was no longer available. To my surprise the Arva Flour Mill was able to obtain the rights to produce and sell this product. We have a large family and have grown up up on the cereal mixing it with oats for porridge almost every morning. It's not only good but good for you. Thank you for keeping this 77 year old healthy and active.
