A childhood hot cereal favorite and it’s made in CANADA!

I had searched for this type of cereal for years, and could not find one I liked. I started eating this cereal in December 2024. I LOVE it! It is exactly what I have been looking for for years. And I mean probably 50 years. I have tried all kinds of oatmeals, creamed cereals, etc.... but this is the only one I LOVE! Thank you Arva Mills for keeping it natural and 100% Canadian!! I have attached a picture, my bowl will always be empty! LOL

First time in ordering this product. Taste-tested it today and found that it had more flavour than a competitor's and it was finer ground which was great as no seeds caught in my teeth. This is the only ground flax meal for me now. The packaging did not have an expiry date(just when made) so I contacted the company and was advised that it should be kept in the refrigerator and it had a shelf life of a year. The response was fast.

Making dietary changes due to a pre-Diabetes diagnosis we are trying new things of which Chickpea Flour is one. Thus far, all good! We were not sure what to expect for flavour but are very happy with the results. And the customer service is excellent.
