I've made many a gluten free carrot cake, but thought I would try this, so added it to my order. I accidentally added 2 orders of the carrot cake mix instead of one but am glad I did. I made Muffins which were my husband said were the best I've made yet! I added raisins and subbed homemade applesauce for the canned pineapple as I didn't have any). Looking forward to my next batch!

I used a can of pure pumpkin instead of the carrot, pineapple and raisins that were suggested. It made perfect pumpkin donuts!! The taste and texture are excellent, I don’t think people would know it is gluten free!
