Fantastic product and very fast delivery. I will be ordering all my flour from Arva Mills . As bread seems to be a staple of our diet ,in one form or another, using organic, quality flour is a must and Arva Mills fills that need.

Love that Einkorn Flour!
Arva Mills is the only source I have found for Einkorn flour. It is quite tolerable to gluten sensitive individuals and some diabetic friends have found it to be amazingly low on their glycemic (?) scale. It has a wonderful, rich and earthy taste...somewhat sweet. While baking your kitchen will smell a little like heaven.

Einkorn Flour
This is such a rich flour from an ancient grain, it is wonderful.
I have made muffins but will soon try 100% Einkorn bread. It is very sweet, very rich and responds well to rising agents. Thank you so much!
