So, I write this accordingly. I didn't do something I should have because my bread didn't work out. I assume it's the baker, not the product. I love the idea of Red Fife and will continue to try to figure this out. I'm not a killed sourdough bread maker and still learning. I have confidence in this local mill and local product. I feel good about that. And the customer service is terrific and supportive.
I bought a bag of the white to try, and baked a cake with it today. The results were absolutely wonderful, and I cannot wait to try it again in something else. For anyone reading reviews who is on the fence: do it. Buy the flour, you will not regret it.
Can’t find Red Fife flour here in NL so very glad I discovered this product on line. Can’t wait to make my first batch of scones with it!
