Recently tried the white unbleached flour. It was great for my sourdough bread and starter. I will definitely be buying it again.
Bake religiously with this flour,, three times a week. I started baking with Arva Mills this year (my first time baking in general) and I fear I shall continue to bake with their flour until my hands can no longer knead in life. It’s one of relaxation activities and my family loves it tremendously, just real flour. Love it. Here’s my pide (Turkish pizza) I made last night :) Thank you!
This is my pantry staple! I bake many things, but use this exclusively for sourdough, sometimes with a bit of red fife mixed in.
I use this flour for all breads, and the one that comes out tasting great with excellent results is Daisy Flour --- excellent for pizza as well.
I find that using quick rise yeast achieves excellent results... flour is just gorgeous!!
You may well have spoiled me for other flours, especially for bread making.
